By creating an account or using Toss-up you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Toss-up is a scheduling tool that helps small groups find shared availability and agree on plans. You submit availability windows, we find overlaps, and a group admin confirms a time.
You must provide a real email address. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We use passwordless magic links — keep your inbox secure.
You may not use Toss-up to send spam, harass others, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Paid plans are billed through Polar.sh. Prices are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.
We store the email addresses, availability data, and group information you provide. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees. The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for any missed plans or scheduling errors arising from downtime or bugs.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users by email for material changes.
