By using Toss-up, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Description of Service

Toss-up is a sports event scheduling platform that helps you:

• Create and manage sports events
• Invite friends to events
• Coordinate schedules and availability
• Communicate with event participants

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• All activity under your account
• Keeping your email address up to date

You must be 13+ to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may NOT:

• Spam or harass other users
• Share inappropriate content
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Violate any laws
• Impersonate others

5. Content Ownership

You own the content you create (events, messages, etc.). By posting, you grant us a license to display and process it to provide the service.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violating these terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Prolonged inactivity (1+ year)

You can delete your account anytime from settings.

8. Disclaimer

Toss-up is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We're not liable for:

• Missed events or scheduling errors
• Data loss (though we backup regularly)
• Third-party actions

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid (currently $0 for free users).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use = acceptance of new terms.
