Help using Toss-up, such as a group that isn't working the way you expect, a sign-in link that didn't arrive, or an invite that won't open. Tell us the email address you sign in with and the name of the group, and we can look into it faster.
Billing questions about the Plus and Pro plans, including cancelling or changing plans. Payments are processed by Polar.sh, so we never see your card details.
Privacy requests. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. You can also delete your account yourself at any time from your profile page.
Bug reports, security issues and feature ideas. If you think you have found a security problem, please email us before sharing it anywhere else.
Sign-in links can take a minute to arrive and sometimes land in a spam or promotions folder. Each link works once and expires after a short time, so if one fails, request a new one from the sign-in page.
